Hi,
we are Nicole, Julia and Janosch from the Recruiting Team and are currently seeking for a new intern for our office in Berlin. We are growing constantly and that is why we need YOUR support from January 2019 onwards for at least 6 months. You will look behind the scenes of how we find and acquire the right talents and how we support, guide and advise them right from the start in the moovel family to create the best employee experience… and just so you know it - we are a pretty crazy bunch, so hope you can handle the lively discussions and lame jokes ;)

We act as a partner for cities, transport networks and mobility service providers with the goal of making cities smarter and creating an operating system for urban mobility that provides access to appropriate mobility options in urban areas and paves the way for the future with autonomous vehicles. Currently, 250 employees work in small creative teams in Germany and the US at four locations - Hamburg, Berlin, Stuttgart and Portland.

SOME OF THE THINGS YOU WILL DO

  • Act as an interface between the applicants and moovel and thus contribute to a positive, external representation of the company
  • Handle administrative tasks in the day-to-day business independently
  • Support us in current, exciting projects
  • Constantly update and screen our recruitment database
  • Cooperate with service providers and use modern recruiting and social media channels

ABOUT YOU:
 
  • You currently study or graduated in Business Administration, Economic Psychology or have a comparable education with focus on personnel
  • You are interested in insights into modern people and organization topics at an innovative growth company with a start-up culture
  • You like to work in an international environment and have good verbal and writing skills in English
  • You are organized, open to new topics and like to work with people

If you have already gathered experience in a start-up or in the Recruiting area, that's even better
